A research published in the Lancet in October 2021 found at 35% increase in mental health disorders in India.
According to the Global Burden of Disease Study around 20 crore Indians, or one in every seven suffer from a variety of mental problems.
Anxiety and stress is also increasing these days in teens at a very fast pace.
Here is a young class 12th student from St. Joseph’s Academy Ms Ananya Vijjan
who has taken the initiative to create awareness about this big issue and started “project changing minds”.
