आइए इस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में महिलाओं की उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियों का जश्न मनाएँ।

 एक अनुकरणीय संस्थान, शेमरॉक नवचेतन, प्रबंध निदेशक से लेकर समन्वयकों, शिक्षकों और सहायक कर्मचारियों तक पूरी तरह से महिलाओं द्वारा प्रबंधित किया जाता है। पिछले 11 वर्षों से, उन्होंने बिना किसी पुरुष सहायता के कुशलतापूर्वक स्कूल का संचालन किया है।

श्रीमती पूनम पांडे, प्रबंध निदेशक, उन चुनौतियों पर विचार करती हैं जिनका उन्होंने सामना किया है और कैसे उन्होंने लगातार उन पर काबू पाया है, और हर बार मजबूत होकर उभरे हैं।

 One exemplary institution, Shemrock Navchetan, stands out for being entirely managed by women, from the Managing Director to the coordinators, teachers and support staff. For the past 11years, they have efficiently operated the school without any male help.

Mrs. Poonam Pande, the Managing Director, reflects on the challenges they've encountered and how they've consistently overcome them, emerging stronger each time.
